I would have serious doubts, too. Though the wear look quite natural, I don't like the color of the coin and - especially - the black areas around "NAPOLEON" and under the effigy. Looks like artificially blackened (antiqued) coin. I might be wrong though.
What about the weight and dimensions?

Looks alright. The coin has been cleaned and the blackened areas are just the spots that were harder to clean, such as between letters.

Sorry about the late reply, I have had a busy week.
My main worry about the coin is the small mark just under Napoleons nose. This mark slightly protrudes from the surface of the coin, I have no idea what could have made this mark. Could it be a die error?
