Hi. I have the option to buy this coin, but cannot identify it.
I do not find a coin with both sides that match up.
It is Dutch, from Zwolle [the capital city of the province of Overijssel, situated by the river Zwarte Water, which falls into the river IJssel. In 1230 the bishop of Utrecht granted Zwolle city rights] ....

Obv: MATTH I D G ROM IMP SEM AVG
Latin: "Mattias I Dei Gratia Romanorum Imperator Semper Augustus"
English: "Mattias I by the Grace of God, Roman Emperor, always majestic"
Crowned Imperial double eagle with globus cruciger on breast.
Note: Matthias I coins between 1612-1619 dates.

Latin in English: "New Silver Money City Zwolle"
Crowned Arms of Spain. Above crown escutcheon of Zwolle (cross) intersecting legend between two circles.

Not sure of the denomination, or diameter, or date.
This is where the denomination (28 Stuivers in this example) would have been ...
