Unknown token: Mursia 1994 (silver?, ...)

This thing has any value?
It seems silver (if it's silver, what silver content?).

Seems like a local coin from the municipality of Archena in Murcia, Spain. I did an image google search for "Region de Murcia" "1994" and found a lot of auctions, but no info on the specifications of the coin. It seems to be silver (plata), though. Nice coin!

What is "plata"?

Oh, sorry if I was unclear. Plata is Spanish for silver. It said 'plata' in almost all the links.

It's a token made by "Acuñaciones Carthago SL". They are a jewelry factory in Cartagena (Spain).
