I am working on improving my grading skills, so I am putting coins out for others to grade to compare. (Not a valuable coin, but a beautiful design I think)
I would agree with VF. This coin (and the 5 centimes) is on my ongoing wishlist to upgrade. Worn specimens are easy to come by, but I haven't seen an example as nice as yours in person yet.
Here is another one, that shows that is not always straight-forward. This 1916 10 Centime has less wear than the 1898. But it has a rim ding on the obverse and a finger print on the reverse.
