European medieval coin identification please

Hello all,

I have what I presume is an European medieval coin

I thought the Coat of Arms with the fleur dis lis may point to a French origin but I have had no luck down this route.

Thank you for your help, I have now found a very similar example it's a late 16th century 'Venus penny' jeton .
