I don't know where the mintage number comes from. Neither in 3 Austrian catalogues I checked, nor in Krause book could I find mintage for this year. Could 9 mln. be a mistake?
Would you kindly post scans or photos of your coin?

I wouldn't pay too much attention to the value listed. Plenty of coins valued on NGC/Krause can be way off base. It is always much better to search through sold listings on eBay to get a rough average value.
In EF condition the value averages around £30 where as lower grades are almost not worth the time it takes to list it.

Well ..., this one is hardly in a collectible condition that might please a perfectionist collector.
There is currently a considerably better one for sale on eBay for a fixed price of $20 and another (also better one) sold 3 days ago for $46.
I suppose, if put for auction on eBay with a low start, this one might bring between $5 and $15 depending on seller's luck :)
