Latvian banknotes - local issues

May be not the right place where to ask as this site is still dedicated to coins only but anyway. I am seeking for old Latvian banknotes, especially local issues - Mitau (Jelgava), Windau (Ventspils), Libau (Liepaja), Wenden (Cesis). If you have such banknotes and no need them, I can swap or buy them.
You can offer me also state issues of interwar period, only thing that I no need the most commonest types.
