Dear Xavier,

I reckon the Numista standard excel export function is getting slightly obsolete.

I would suggest the following:

1) Add ALL catalog numbers, not only the first one, so complicated countries, like Rome can have all versions
2) Add the currency. In case of German states, it is impossible to see which state a coin is from, which is really disturbing
3) Elaborate on the condition, so instead of having the total quantity only, make it possible to export the 5 columns related to the condition
4) Instead having "UNKNOWN" years for medieval and ancient countries, would that be possible to see the probably years, i.e. instead of "unknown" let us export "1089-1093"

5) .... last but not least add the values as well, but you need to create them first;)

Guys, if you have any other suggestions, pls, add here!
Cheers,
6) Add the total number of coins from each country :-)
yes. cool.
any other thoughts?
I do completely agree with your suggestions.

This one is not only true for the German States and should also be applied to the list of Coins to exchange where that information would also be very valuable.
Ma collection de Révolutionnaires - My coins from the French Revolution
I would also request that the year according to the Gregorian calendar be exported for all countries (in addition to their own calendar year).
Currently, if I try to create a bar chart for the number of coins I have for each decade/century it inaccurately shows very old coins (Muslim states, Haiti, ...) or coins from the future (Thailand, Israel, ...).

Also, I would be good if we could export coins in our collection only. Currently the only options are "coins from the collection + coins from the swap list" and "coins from the swap list".

Yes yes! OMG yes!

I believe that when exporting to excel the user wants to manipulate data, get statistics and make a resumed list of its collection, and that's why I don't think as a good idea the cutting of cols in the export. In other words: the more data, the better.
Once the file is downloaded, you can simply delete the unnecessary cols and go crazy with your charts and stats.
If the intention is to create a collection-one-click-report, another cool feature would be to export in pdf in a specified format and data, which could be also personalized per user.
Just a thought.
Any updates on the exporting of coin grade columns?

Hello to all,
in my opinion it would be very helpful to see in the export file for each coin its date of entry in the collection. I think, this date is known because it is needed for building the collection history in the dashboard.

Another feature - but it is a "nice to have" - would be the column with metal.

Any idea how can we force the extention of the export interface?
+ coins types & metals

Very good idea

Can you insert the Metal colon in Export file ?
It is useful for Gold or Silver coins selection.
Hello,
Let me close this request, which is also listed here: https://en.numista.com/forum/topic23752.html
