The second one is a medal commemorating the opening of a new conference room for the second chamber in the netherlands. The second chamber is part of parliament. I didn't find any indication of it's value.
But actually it isn't. The characters read Hsi-ning (1068); however, instead of yuan-bao it is tong-bao. So it's new. If you'd like, you can add the coin yourself to "China-Ancient" and I'll verify it for you.
The second one is a Proof Medallion. Unfortunately, it is not a coin but rather a token. If not done yet, add it to the "*Tokens*" section.

It's not a Tung-pao! It's a Chung-pao (heavy currency). Tung-pao = 通寶; Chung-pao = 重寶. Worth more than the Tung-pao, and depending on the period either more or less than the yüan-pao. Not sure for this one.
