Looks like 3 x a numeral '1'

Rijkdom bestaat niet uit het hebben van veel bezittingen, maar in het hebben van weinig behoeften
I am quite sure I've seen this stamp on a coin here on the forum, but now I am unable to find.

Might even be the same coin.
Hello,

Not the same thing exactly, but a stamp made of two "I"s can be seen in this post.

I agree with PetrusAscanus that the stamp here looks like three times the numeral "1". If it was meant to be an "H" it's clear that the horizontal bar of that "H" was stamped last.

From my view of the picture, it looks like one "I" was stamped vertically, then the cross-stamp horizontally, then the third "I" was stamped over the horizontal stamp. I say this because looking at the pic, the horizontal looks like it lays over top of first vertical, then lays under the second vertical.
I've heard that some early coins were marked by the owner, for whatever reasons. Regardless, the coin is a Georgius III and is AG grade at best.
