Hi all

I have a coin on the one side is stamped 2/- and the reverse is C.D.M. It has a ring of dots all the way around the sides on both sides. That's all that is on the coin.
Any ideas?
Hello and welcome to Numista. It sounds like a token of some sort, are you able to upload a photo or two?
Just because you can't see it ... doesn't mean it isn't there - Anon.

Yes that is one - that 2/6 token is part of a series, from Lüderitz in German South-west Africa.
Here are also the 2/- and 1/- versions, made of brass ...

then part of DeBeers.

Welcome to the site, and I see you are in South Africa, so that is why you have the token! :)
