Hi all

I have had this coin for some months, all I know is that it is from Al Andalus i.e. Islamic Spain.

Does anyone know more about it?

Are there any experts here on these type of coins?

It is supposedly from 400AH, perhaps that could narrow it down?

I am looking for pictures of this dirhem of Malaga to compare it with mine.

He was a ruler of the Hammudid dynasty right?

The side shown on the left is identical, however the side shown on the right is slightly different.Otherwise it is a match.

The koffie font it's pretty tricky and hard to read for untrained eyes. Maybe a picture with a higher resolution can give us the details to identify it with a higher accuracy. What diameter has the coin and how many grams?
