Seleucid Kingdom, Seleukos IV Philopator Tetradrachm, but which one?

This coin is owned by a friend of mine. It's identified by NGC as follows:


But there is no specific catalog identification, and it appears to be an unlisted type (look at the thunderbolts under the omphalos and the design above the head on the reverse). Does anyone have documentation for this type?
