How do I post a picture of a coin that I need help in identifying ?

There are 12 icons above the reply box, and the 10th is green - use that one for images,
like I did for this for example ...

When clicking on that icon it asks where on your computer your
image is, like adding attachments to emails.

Indian states (Gwalior) 1/4 Anna 22mm

The date १९७० on the reverse is 1970 which is equivalent to a Western 1913 date.
The third number looks a bit different but may be stylised.

I dont have a metric ruler to measure in mm , but at least I have a
starting point from which to further research it.
