Assistance in identifying Asian coin [opgelost]

I've been trying to id the below coin, and i think it is a chinese 1 cash Guangxu:

But I am not sure. What I think is the obverse is covered with small bumps where there is no writing. The reverse face is smooth.

What you've got here is a modern remake/charm/feng shui or something else token.
If you see bumps like the ones on your object you can be sure that it is not an old original coin.
