1725 coin with unidentified denomination and country [opgelost]

I just bought this coin from a dealer who listed it as a German States (Aachen) coin from 1725. I have researched it and have not found any such coin from Aachen in the time period. I believe the dealer labeled it incorrectly, but I have not been able to identify it otherwise. The inscription on the coin does not give its denomination or country of origin. The inscription on one side reads "conserva nos in pace 1725" and the other side reads "signum senat civit dir ect anderna censis" (I think the spaces are in the right spot, but it is hard to tell). One side depicts two crossed keys over top two perpendicular lines, surrounded by a decorative seal. The other side depicts what appears to be an armored, winged angel holding a sword and shield, standing on a dragon. The edge of the coin is reeded and its diameter is about 21 millimeters. Any help in the identification of this coin would be appreciated.
Andernach, Rhineland. Hence Andernacensis in lettering.
Furthermore the seal of the city has crossed keys on a cross.
