I am wondering how many of us are she-collectors?
I am one, but from the nicknames is difficult to spot the she-collectors.
In my long history of coin collecting and of swapping over the internet I think I just met two girls fond of coins.
Kind regards and Happy New Year
Gianna
There are more than I would have originally thought, but you girls don't seem to stay around quite as long. Most of the more long term members (at least on the forum) are males. It would be nice to have some more regular members on the forum, some being lady's.
Taking a break from swapping for a while, but still interested in pre 1799 Spanish coins, I will make time for that!
She-collector here don't think the interest for coin collecting will go - as I narrowed my theme at the very beginning it is very easy to manage and update. And I really like my coins :)
At Numista I did swap with all kind of female collectors from professor's till a very known actress (names and adresses wont be shared).
Besides Numista I did swap with some dutch females too, all the swaps went as expected.
Further on I do get and buy 100's of coins from all my female colleagues. :)
I'm in this group!! I don't post a lot on the forums (although I really enjoy reading them) and just started swapping this year, but have collected since I was very young and have loved using numista to catalogue my collection for a few years now.
After I started another topic about this I received a message letting me know about this thread! Sorry about that! Thanks for letting me know, too! Just wanted to 'report for duty' here as a fellow female collector :) CHEERS!
