Help to identify a single banknote please? [opgelost]

Hi friends,

I know it's not a coin but this banknote is driving me nuts trying to identify it so I'm reaching out to this brain trust. I've tried the worldbanknotegallery but I can't identify the script or any of the country symbols/crests. I am hoping someone might recognise the script or one of the scenic locations on its front or bank. I know it is of no value and I just want to solve the mystery.
