Keep trying to add Outing, won't appear?

I'm not sure if this is a bug or what is happening but I have tried to add a Shop to the Outings page twice now and it submits and I wait for it to show but it hasn't shown in the outings yet the other market I added has, I wonder why this one won't appear in the outings, it's a real place I've been there twice and walked past it many more times.

It has to be approved by a team member, I'm not sure who. I think Jarcek and one or two others.
