Exp 1 - yours is VF at best.
Exp 2 - yours is F.
Exp 3 - likely XF, maybe AU.

The grades are my subjective opinion.

The first two are almost worthless, but the retail price of the third one is $15 in uncirculated condition. However, your example appears to be circulated. I suspect it was issued as a year of the goat commemorative, and it was not intended to circulate, but someone removed it from the protective packaging. Thus, it's hard to determine what its value is at this point.
