Don't forget to delete the 2005 in the comment section as well:
2 different styles of date:
1- Short هـ and مـ in dates (2000 & 2012)
2- Long هـ and مـ in dates (2005, 2008, 2009 & 2015)
What happened with the coins of those 23 members who claimed to have the coin? Were these deleted or transferred to another year?
The only explanation that so many members ticked a date box that doesn't seem to exist is that they can't read Arabic numbers and don't collect by date. So I guess they just ticked a random date box. That's why I think it's better to transfer these coins to another year box in stead of just deleting them. Otherwise these members loose this type of coin in their database.
The best way of course is to write a message to all these members with a short explanation what happened. I only don't know if that's a practical solution because even referees have a limited amount of messages they can send daily.
I contacted many of them and got confirmations that they just randomly ticked that year.
Also, no year line can be deleted if any member owns it. never.
The only solution is to move these people to another year line and only then delete the year, and that's what happened.
And this - I believe - answers your concern.

Thanks, this completely answers my concern.
And also confirmed my guess some members tick year boxes randomly, probably especially for coins from countries with writing their not familiar with. But perfectly understandable of course, why decipher the right date for instance in Hebrew when you collect by type in stead of by date.
