It often happens that a swap with users located too far away from me is not always expedient. They have what I need, but the costs for sending are higher than the possible gain from that swap.

On the other hand, I may have permanent swap partners in their locations or around. This partner, on mutual agreement, can be my proxy for swaps in that location.

Let's consider a practical example. I live in Canada. I know about 10 users in Ukraine, and each of them has something that I need. Sending parcels to each of them can cost a lot. On the other hand, I can recommend them, if they find something interesting in my collection, to order a swap by proxy (my permanent partner in Ukraine).
That person can order coins from me requested by his local swap partners.

In fact, it already happens informally. Why do we need a formal interface for proxy swaps?
Let's consider a situation when I send coins to my proxy, which are already present in his/her collection; he/she is getting them only with the purpose of further exchange with people living in his location (who in turn were directed to him by me). If any link in this chain is broken, than people will be angry, and thus no more swaps. Formally, people cannot reserve coins that they do not have (have not received from me yet), which means that people's responsibility will be weak.

On the other hand, if the site had an option to add to swap fund coins that were promised by someone under another swap, the site would work like a stock exchange (and thus would be more advanced compared to many other numismatic sites). What would you think?
My (still modest) collection:

Risky and too complicated for the current state that Numista is in.
