My main concern would be the price. The value of this coin in XF is $500 (32000 Rupees). Selling it so far below the value would make me wonder. Then again, if you can afford to risk it, it may be worth taking a chance on these.

Reeded edging is a piece of cake for Chinese forgeries nowadays, so edge isn't much use. It will all come down to dimensions and weight, possibly with a density test just to make sure.
