Need help to identify these two coins/tokens

Hello coin collectors!
Who can tell me something about these two coins/tokens in bad condition?
The first looks like something in the direction of Nepal, the second contains the head of king George III and has a reverse what looks like a griffon...

The winged lion reminds me of the Ionian Islands as they have a similar reverse ...

and they are from similar date in early 1800's which matches George III era.
Probably a token anyway as no denomination can be seen.
