What do you think about this? What is the reason of "wrong" mint?

it's due to minting process in Riga mint. Various errors–common thing in Livonian coinage under the Swedish rule.

It is the result of minting by the "roller die" process. Multiple obverse and reverse dies are mounted on opposing rollers while a ribbon of metal is drawn between the rollers. It is only after the designs are impressed that the individual coins are die cut from the ribbon. If the cutting die and the struck (rolled) ribbon are misaligned, parts of two dies may end up on one coin. See the illustrated article here:
