Non est totum quod splendet ut aurum
Rijkdom bestaat niet uit het hebben van veel bezittingen, maar in het hebben van weinig behoeften
First one has a reverse SECVRITAS REIPVBLICAE with a winged Victory advancing left and holding a wreath in right hand. I'd say perhaps Valentinian I; obverse seems to bear ANVS PF AVG at right.

Second one has a reverse GLORIA ROMANORVM with the emperor advancing right with labarum in left hand and dragging captive with right hand behind him. I'd say Valens; obverse seems to bear D N V at left and S PF AVG at right.

Si c'est un grand plaisir d'être reconnu par ses amis, c'est peut-être encore plus flatteur d'être reconnu par ses adversaires.
Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.

Thank you!

1st coin is RIC# 7a, AE3 (364-367 AD) of Valentinian I
2nd coins is RIC# 17b AE3 (364-367 AD) of Valens

Unfortunately it's a bit hard to see since the relief of both coins is pretty worn off and of each coin there exists an equivalent of it with either Valentinian I or Valens. But judging by your expertise, we are in the good direction! :)
