Left picture is a reverse VICTORIA AVGG bearing a Victory walking left, with head right, holding a wreath in each hand. In right field the chi-rho symbol. I'd say the mintmark in exergue is ⭑BSIS⭑ for the second officina (B) of Siscia mint (SIS).
Right picture is an obverse I would place as Constans with a draped bust to right wearing rosette-diadem and lettering CONSTANS P F AVG.
Struck in 347. Should be around 16-17mm for diameter and around 1.6-1.8 gram for weight.
