Ottoman, 17th century or thereabout.

Similar to this Dirham - Mongol empire

The arabesques on the Mongol coin suggest some similarity but note, however, that the heart-shaped arabesque on the op coin is actually one small part of a larger Ottoman tughra (monogram). My first instinct is Ahmed I but without a legible date, I can't be more precise.
