1790 Mexico 1/2 Real grade and value

Got this today for $25. It is a good deal? And what do you think the grade is?

Probably would go for F on that one. With no price being specified for that grade it's really anything in between the 2 prices in a perfect world but I don't know what the market is for these pieces to comment further. Looks like an OK price.
