Argentina 1 and 10 centavos 1985-1988

I got 1 centavo 1985 and 10 centavos 1986 Argentina, which are silver colour. Our catalog indicates brass composition for both (guess yellow colour). Anyone knows about this to clear the issue, weights on both coins are according to our catalog, it's just the colour (guess composition or some kind of coating) issue. On the 1 centavo, our catalog refers to two thickness but on the 10 centavos it doesn't.

Regular circulation coins plated with gold or silver, done by private citizens but the not the mints) are common in Latin America. No additional value above novelty.

​scratch a bit and see if it is only plated or made entirely from this silvery alloy.
If it is entierly, you have a mint error, i think the metals were inversed in the mint process.
