King George V silver wreath crown

Hi I am new to this site. I have a coin I need some information on. I would be very grateful. It is a King
George V silver wreath crown. I bought it at auction. I paid £190 for it. After I bought it I seen on the net that there was a lot of fakes about. The weight of the coin is 28.3 grams on my scales. Any advice would be great thanks.
It looks plenty real to me. Have you checked if it is silver?
If you have not, you can use the magnet, and ice testing tricks (you can find them online by searching "how do i test if something is silver?" For the price you said you bought it for and the fact that it came from an auction, I would bet that it is real. Though I can not be 100% certain

Amazing coin!

Hope this helps.
hi thanks for that ,

Did the actioneer has a good feedback?
Indeed there are a lot of silver tests.
The first is the 'ping' test.
Compare with other silver coins.
Second test could be the magnet test.
A simple magnet will not stick to the coin.
The neodymium magnet is a nice test, but if the coin is silverplated cupper, it will not give a result.
The ice-test is very simple.

The surfaces look right to my eyes and show genuine age. I recommend getting an in-hand opinion from a reputable coin dealer to dispel any lingering doubt.
