Ottoman coin identification

I will very appreciate to have any assistance, in order to identify the attached coin, which
i think that is an Ottoman of Constantinople Mint. It was created as necklace ornament.
I cannot find any date on it but only an Ottoman Sultan tughra. (Images attached).

It's definitely not a coin. Whoever made it had no clue about calligraphy.
It's just a jewelry piece made to look like a coin.
