It's an Ayyubid dirham of Saladin (1169-1193), the famous foe of the crusaders. Saladin is named on one side and the 'Abbasid caliph al-Nasir on the other. The mint name Hamah (in Syria) is clear but the date is flat.
Paul, I thought my initial reply might have been too complicated. You were probably reading as I was editing. If you'd like the full attribution, just let me know.

Right..Dirham - al-Nasir Salah al-Din Yusuf - Saladin - 1174-1193 AD
Fantastic.. Really beautiful coin, is similar to this one: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces76773.html
I need a few days to catalog it and put it in the catalog, With all its references (BALOG) dating and mint.
If you are interested in exchanging this coin I am available, please contact me
I agree with dltcoins
seem: Saladin with caliph al-Nasir
maybe ..BALOG 120 and 121
According catalog the date is 587 AH and the mint is Hamah but it's an 1/2 Dirham type B
Although the date is very week, I believe it's Balog 113, Hamah, AH 583. Balog assigns a different number not only to each date but to every variety within a date. On this coin, the first line on either side ends with the complete word al-Nasir (both the caliph and Saladin share this name) and there is a decorative tendril above al-mu'minin on the reverse (top photo). Balog 113 is the only Hamah coin which matches these specifics. The mint name is quite clear. Further, despite the weak date, on close inspection the digit (obverse, bottom photo, bottom margin quadrant, following sanat) appears to be thelath ثلث ("three").

Yes, May match, similar to the BALOG 113, but the dating should be 582 AH
The date 583 AH refers to the BALOG 114-115 coin
There seem to be typos in the index you refer to. In the actual catalog listing, #113 (p. 85) is dated 583h. The weight given for the op coin is slightly heavy but there are only two silver denominations, full and half dirhams.
Right .. so there is an error .. so i could add this coin like this:
Dirham - al-Nasir Salah al-Din Yusuf - Saladin - 1174-1193 AD (Hamah) Given the weight of the coin this should match the Dirham
dating:
580
582 type A
582 type B
583 type A
583 type B (our coin BALOG 113)
584
585 type A
585 type B
585 type C
587 type A
587 type B
