I am wondering if this is a version 1901/801 ?

from Google:

1901/801 ?
I am not seeing it - maybe photo is not clear. I would say no.
Still a sweet coin.

I can see it clearly. And the arrows point exactly to the shape of the "8" under the "9":

The "9" over "8" is a well-known overstrike for the 1901 and 1902, both with Flemish and French text.
Scan from the official Belgian catalogue (Morin):

I can see it clearly. And the arrows point exactly to the shape of the "8" under the "9":

I believe that is the picture he got off of Google for comparison. Maybe I am wrong.

No, I'm sorry, I am wrong. I assumed that was an enlargement of his coin too but now I see it isn't. And it's written there too: "from Google". Time for me to go to bed I think.

You can see "something" on his coin, but indeed, it's difficult to see if that really is an overstrike. But of course, not every overstrike is equally clearly visible.
you can send the pictures to the author of the Morin catalog:

In a few days you will have a reply.

Thank You Jos
this is my coin.
It has been defined by Morin as a 1901/801
So there is very little difference with the google one:
Non est totum quod splendet ut aurum
Rijkdom bestaat niet uit het hebben van veel bezittingen, maar in het hebben van weinig behoeften
So comparing 3 pictures: mine, Jos and google
