Iran 1/2 rial - 1314 or 1313 or over date

I bought this coin, seller claim it was a 1314, but it looks to me as a 1313 overdate. If it is a overdate then please tell me the year that it was overdate. ~ Paul

According to Krause (KM# 1128) all SH1311-SH1315 are recut dies mostly from SH1310. On your coin I could easily think there is a Persian zero under the last digit. And I think it is a poorly recut 4, so I would say SH1314 is most likely date.
