Hello , giving weight, diameter and metal can be useful , anyway its from papal states, with Vatican arms .
XII PM on the observe can be Clement XII , or the 12th year of reign .
Sanctus Petrus or Paulus for the reverse , I haven't seen a perfect match on the site, so others infos will be helpful.
