Mexican coin? 1 peso 1914

Hi

Made a user on this forum as I am hoping to gain some knowledge about a Mexican coin left from our deceased grandfather. It stems from 1914 and has the writing: "Estados Unidos Mexicanos - 1 Peso 1914" on one side, and "Estados Udos Mexicanos" on the other side. What we are curious about is if it is real and what it is worth, since we can not find anything similar on our searches through Google. It is magnetic.
