Ayyubids, Branch at Damascus, al-Salih Isma'il with caliph al-Mustansir, AR dirham, date & mint illegible. Calligraphy looks odd to me - perhaps a crusader imitation?
Official strikes of this type with the name of the 'Abbasid caliph al-Mustansir are known dated 635 (1237/38) and 637-640 (1239/40 thru 1242/43). Crusader imitations are dated as late as 648, still citing al-Mustansir posthumously. Unfortunately, the date is not legible on your coin though the mint name bi-Dimashq is mostly visible.
As mentioned, the calligraphy strikes me as odd, particularly the middle line in the first image. This may indicate a crusader imitation but it may also be only the quality of the photo.
