Re: 1969 Canadian Dime - on the pagehttps://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces383.html
The text states that the '69 large date is common:

Comments
1969 was issued with 2 varieties - the common large date version with a mintage of 55 833 929 and the small date version of which 20 are known and another 20-30 believed to be in circulation. The small date variety has a date which is the same size of the 1970 10 Cent coin and the large date has a date the same size as the 1968 10 Cent coin.

Am I confused or is this stated "backwards ". If the above comment is correct, then I have some pretty scarce coins.

Regards
There's an error in Numista catalog. For some reason it lists 1968 and 1969 as silver. There was no silver coins struck in 1969. The comment about the grooves should refer only to 1968 NICKEL dime dime and not silver.

So it's stated "backwards". Sorry to disappoint you. :|
Perhaps referees for Canada should invest in catalog first, because the page you've referred to does not make any sense. Unless they've possess some secret knowledge.

Sent to referee for checking.

This catalog has been established before I took over the referee, I think the former referee should have his reasons to add this catalog. I don't know where he got the information, I searched internet and found this.....

Because there are several members marking they owned this 1969 coin, so I think we will keep this catalog. Although there are more than a dozen members owned, but I think the most of them may misplaced.
