When I hover over Germany on the map, "Prussia, Kingdom of" is no longer listed.

Instead, absolutely all <area> nodes (in the html source) have the same alt value:
<area ... alt="Prussia, Kingdom of: 3 types - Lombardy-Venetia, Kingdom of: 2 types - Russian Partition of Poland: 1 types">

Except few ones (maybe a dozen), German states are not yet on the map as split is not completed yet.
Sapientiae plerumque stultitia est comes.
