Are all coins from Hong Kong fake?

I’ve got a few Endangered Species Congo coins I like, only the last couple are from Hong Kong. I assumed they are fakes and I won’t get them again. Although from look and weight I can’t tell from the originals.

Perhaps not all, but the vast majority are.
