Not sure what to call this coin

Wrong planchet  ? I did some looking around on web but could not find this color of coin (copper) with this same exact design. Similar ones but she had a crown on or an emblem under her neckline or silver in color. This one does not have the emblem , its not silver, or no crown. On the back there is no design, its silverish in color with some deep line gouging through it. So maybe its a nothing coin, damage coin? and no year on it. There are numbers on the obverse side on her neck left side collar that looks like 62 and other initials on the right side collar. I will post some pictures. Please note that I took some black and white of the obverse side but infact it is copper color and the weird markings is the reverse side and that is silverish color.
I'm probably pretty sure your going to tell me its a garbage coin but just the same im curious. Thank you

The numbers you see are in fact the initials of the engraver. The coin is a Canadian 1 cent coin from 2002?-2012 it's either copper plated zinc or steel, you can test with a magnet and that'll tell you which, other than that I just see a LOT of damage and nothing special at all...
