When I use my iMac it states that I have say 5000 coins which is correct, however if I login on my iPad to the same website, same account, it only shows basically half of my collection. I want my collection details on my iPad so I can be mobile whilst searching or buying coins.
I have tried logging in out, checking all the settings etc.
I also don’t know how to back up (save) my collection.
I also have an issue with the list of countries - when you open a new country it does not automatically list it in your list of countries. A long time ago I managed to find a solution in the website's Q&A but I can’t find it again. I have like 60 countries listed in my collection and it’s a pain in the ass to find a previous country, as there are no particular listings apart from th
should I shorten my collection into maybe 1 collection per country, or is it easier as I have all of my collection countries as 1 big collection.

First, you don't transfer your collection when using different devices (in your case Imac or Ipad) try login from your phone as well to see if you notice something different. All your content is saved on your profile once you login it should be the same regardless of the way you use to enter the website.
Second, you can download your collection and swap lists by going to (My Coins) section and scroll all the way down until you see "Export" and there will be two options (all your coins, my swap list). You can download your list in English or French and in 3 different files I believe if your profile is in English the preference will be English and the file will be .xlsx (you will need Excel or another software to open / modify your lists).
Note: I am just commenting this just in case, but whatever you do with your list won't be updated in your account online...
The list of countries is always the latest one, there is no way to see what you had before or which new country you have add recently (if this is what you are asking), sorry I got lost with this question.
About your collection? Are you trying to have separate accounts for each of your collections? If so Numista rules does not allow multiple accounts... you should be fine with all your coins listed here and manage them as you wish...
Try refreshing the website from time to time, maybe your cookies keep your information not updated in some of your devices (this should not happen anyway).
I use a macbook, and Iphone and never had problems with the information is displayed.
