Indeed difficult. And the book for those is not easily available (CNA I, Koch).

You can look in Ruckser available here http://www.numismatas.com/Forum/Pdf/David%20Ruckser/Coins%20of%20Austria.pdf. It is the first easiest step.

There are a few in our catalogue under Austria Habsburg, Austrian states (Carinthia, Styria, Salzburg) but so few that it only gives a slight idea.

#2 is Wiener, maybe Wiener Neustadt. You turn it clockwise 135° and get the "binden shield". But I can't tell more. It looks like having angel wings around the shield.
