If it is authentic, it's a coin of one of the three kings of Thrace named Cotys.

BAΣIΛEΩΣ KOTYOΣ = Basileos Kotyos = "(coin) of King Cotys"

I'm not sure of the meaning of the letters on the other side. Perhaps the coin is on the Wildwinds page for Thrace (towards the bottom). I suspect Cotys II or III rather than I.
