Fisher's Ding or Ding Fubao's catalog of old Chinese cast coinage

I have tried to find Fisher's Ding by Fubao Ding coin catalog. Can anyone help me to get either paper copy or ebook? Most Chinese coins in Numista has FD reference.
To directly answer your question, it appears a copy may be available from Scott Semans' website:

However I would encourage you to not waste your time, money, and mental energy on that resource, and to purchase Hartill's "Cast Chinese Coins" instead.

On the linked page Semans describes Hartill's book as "The new standard reference has arrived..." and on a separate page listing many Chinese references notes "Hartill's work is now the single most useful Western-language book in the field, and will satisfy the needs of most collectors."

Another online coin dealer with expertise in Chinese coins notes "The book, Cast Chinese Coins, by David Hartill, synthesizes and summarizes the research of the last few decades and many attributions have changed. You need to buy this book and change your numbers. It is now the standard reference for the Chinese cast series."

Thank you for your answer. I actually have the Hartill's book already, it is a very good book. I just thought that FD book would be also useful because many places have those codes, not Hartill's codes. I also try to find more detailed books for specific emperor's or dynasty's coins. I know there are those books in China and in Chinese language.
