Can anyone tell me if this coin is original or a copy? It has bubbles in it.

Hello,
This is due to some oxydation inside the coin.
It is not uncommon for French minted coins.
Unfortunately it is not a quality and has a negative impact on the value of the coin.
To me there is no reason to believe it is a forgery.
