Is there a way to differentiate between the following coins?

There are two different years, one comes from a set and the other does not. Is it possible to tell the two apart? I have the following coins...

There are real difference on coins minted in 2011 (Kiev)?

I'd assume that if you don't have a set, then it's likely your coins were minted in 2006 (unless they come from a set that someone broke, in which case they'd be UNC and you'd pay more for them). Also maybe there's a mintmark differentiating Kiev and "Austria".
Incidentally, I wasn't able to find any trace of the 2011 coins in Krause or even colnect
