I'm not really an expert, but for me it's a sort of "replica" of a China Song Dynasty cash.

宣和元寶 = Xuan He Yuan Bao
Xuanhe is the name of an era under the Emperor Huizong.

This is a very recent forgery of an ancient cash of Xuanhe.
For sure, that's not a coin...
Maybe a fengshui amulet ?
No numismatic value...
