Hmm I see a C and a laurel or oak wreath and on the other side what appears to be a spanish state countermark with the arms in the shape of a rhombus.
from the style its probably dating from around 1740-1760.

By the look of it I thought Portugal or Brazil. Unfortunately, the only side that seems to be identifiable is the blurry side. If we could get another picture, it would help.
